Grandfather To Conduct On-Line Marketing Survey

on-line surveyIn mid-January Grandfather Mountain will send out an invitation to E-Club members to share their opinions about the attraction by completing an on-line survey.

“The objective of this survey is to gather perceptions and opinions about leisure activities in general and about Grandfather Mountain specifically,” explained Research Director Gayle Ireland. “We are also interested in our customers’ communication preferences; what our guests want to hear from us and how they would like to get it.”

The Clear Blue Ireland heads a team from The Clear Blue, a Charlotte-based agency selected to design a study that will help Grandfather Mountain understand its customers’ needs and wants and ways in which the company can enable its guests to best enjoy the Mountain.

E-Club members can expect to receive an email from Grandfather Mountain sometime in mid-January with a subject line that extends an invitation to participate in a customer perception study. The body of the message will explain the study and supply a link for recipients to click that will open the questionnaire.

“Grandfather Mountain is trying to make each visit the best experience that visitors can possibly have,” said Ireland. “We need to know what matters to our guests so we can do that better.”
